Need to return an item?

 

We understand that sometimes we have to return the items we buy for various reasons. Our aim is to make this process as simple as possible for you.

 

To help us process your refund as efficiently as possible, please fill out the returns form attached to your invoice which is sent via email.

 

Once you have completed the returns form, please place it back inside your parcel before sending it back to us.

 

Return policy:

 

Our policy allows you to return the item up to 30 days from you receiving it. 

 

Returned products must be in the same condition as sent out, unworn and with all tags still attached & in the original packaging.

 

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have perfume, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on. Any objects found within the returned item or inside of pockets will be seen as evidence of use.

 

Any item that doesn’t meet the criteria set out in the return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please note you could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items.

 

How to return an item to us:

 

Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us.

 

We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed for service to ensure they arrive with us & prevent being lost by the chosen postal service.

Processing your refund:

 

Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our returns criteria, we will process your refund right away.

Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on payment method used and who you bank with.

If you have any issues with your item or problems in getting the item back to us within the required time frame, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Decisions on processing refunds outside of the 14 day return period will be at our discretion.
