As the customer, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery of your item. LUXE COLLECTIVE does not have any foresight in regards to the potential fees. All items will be declared at full purchase price when shipped outside of the United Kingdom.
Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from you receiving it.

Returning an item is at the customers cost. All liability is with the customer until the parcel arrives at the HQ.
Please ensure all parcels are packaged securely before posting your items to us.
To help us process your refund as efficiently as possible, please fill out the returns form attached to your invoice which is sent via email.
Any refund for returned items will be subject to our returns policy, click here to view.
Processing your refund:
Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our returns criteria, we will process your refund right away.
Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on payment method used and who you bank with.
