Luxe Collective accepts a wide range of luxury items that include bags, small leather goods (wallets, purses, cardholders), shoes and accessories. Unfortunately, we do not accept preloved clothing or coats at this time.

To submit an item, simply create a Luxe Collective account. Fill out the required form with accurate details about the item, including brand, condition, and any accompanying documentation or certificates.

We accept items in excellent to gently used condition. Items should be clean, and free from significant wear, stains or damage. Any flaws should be disclosed during the submission process.

The offers of your items are determined based on various factors that include brand, condition, market demand, and current trends. Our team of experts carefully assesses each item to ensure fair pricing.

If your item is not accepted, we will notify you via email and provide a reason for the decision. If the item is not in the condition as described, a quality control fee of £20 per item will be applied. If your item does not pass our authenticity check, a £40 quality control fee per item will be applied. Quality control fees and authenticity fees ensure that your item is safely returned to you. The returns fee not only covers our reliable, safe courier service but also reflects the hard work completed by our team of experienced Authenticators who inspect every single item that reaches our Luxe Collective HQ.

Yes, you can easily track the status of your submission. Simply log into your Luxe Collective account, accessed through our website. We provide updates for each stage of the submission process, from offers to authentication and listing.

Yes. For customers wishing to consign their items, we take care of all the hard work for you. Your item will undergo our Luxe Process from authenticity and condition checks, through to expert photography and listing. Once your luxury item sells, you will receive your final payment. 

Our Luxe Collective Commission Fee starts at 25%. The fee may increase depending on the luxury items you wish to consign with us. Please note, a service charge of £40 will be payable if you request your item to be returned back to you.

You can choose to accept either the Instant Buy Out Offer, where payment will be processed within 1 full business day.The payment will be made via direct bank transfer to the details provided in your Luxe Collective account.

For Exclusive Resale Programme (Consignment) items, your payment will be processed 18 days after your item sells.  This 18-day payout period ensures protection for both parties - the buyer and the seller.
