Okay, first things first – set up your Luxe Collective account, and then dive into selling your items using the guide below.

Step 1: Submit the Selling Form 

Our selling form is super simple and it’s a win-win for both you and our buying team. Just fill in all the details within the submission form, ensuring you clearly detail any signs of wear or flaws on your items (our Authentication and Condition Specialists will thank you!). Oh, and don’t forget to add clear product images including any signs of wear. 

Pro Tip for Luxe Sellers: Ensure your product images are sharp and well-lit. This helps our Buying Team assess everything from colour to condition.

Step 2: Receive an Offer Within 48 Hours!

Now, it's time to play the waiting game, but not for long! Our Buying Team will contact you within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) with an offer for your items. Offers are determined based on various factors, such as market value, popularity, and, most importantly, item condition.

Our new system allows you to track your submissions through your Luxe Account dashboard, ensuring you never miss an update. Our system also sends email alerts for any changes to your submission, so you can view updates on the go. 

Step 3: Let's Get Shipping

Once you've given the green light to our Buying Team's offer, it's time to ship your treasures. We understand that shipping can sometimes be a hassle, which is why we provide every seller with a FREE shipping label. This label will be sent to the email associated with your account.

Pro Tip for Luxe Sellers: Remember that the condition of your item influences the final quote. We’ve seen it all from Chanels wrapped in bags for life, to pass-the-parcel style packaging. To ensure your items stay in excellent condition before they reach our Luxe HQ, use cardboard boxes for packaging – this not only protects your items but also allows us to recycle your packaging materials!

Step 4: Authentication & Condition Check 

When your items arrive at Luxe Collective HQ, our Authentication and Condition Specialists spring into action. They meticulously examine each item to ensure it’s the real deal and matches the condition described in the submission form. We’ve got our very own in-house condition guide and Authentication guide that is used across all items from bags to footwear and jewellery. 

Step 5: Time for Payment

Once your items pass both the condition and authentication checks, you'll receive your payment within 24 hours - yes, you read that right, within 24 hours!

 

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate drop-off submissions at Luxe Collective HQ. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with insurance requirements for the protection of both our organisation and your interests.
