AUTHENTICITY

Yes, all items are 100% authentic. We take authentication extremely seriously and is our number 1 priority within the company. Every item goes through rigorous authentication checks by our specialist team to ensure it is genuine.

Unfortunately, at present our team does not offer an authentication service on items unless you are wishing to sell the item to us.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer UK & International shipping.  UK shipping is next day if you order before 3pm Monday-Thursday. If you order after 3pm on Friday your item will be dispatched on Monday & arrive on Tuesday.

Once your order has been dispatched from our HQ, you will receive notification of this via email.

This email will contain all your relative tracking information!

We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item and our aim is to make this process as simple as possible for you.

To make the return simple for us to process please fill out the returns form in your parcel.

Refunds must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returned products must be in the same condition as sent out, unworn and with all tags still attached & in original the packaging.

Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us.

We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed for service to ensure they arrive with us & prevent being lost by the chosen postal service.

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have perfume, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on.

Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges on our item. However, you're welcome to return these to us for a refund!

When you get in touch with us, please kindly provide your order number and a photograph of your item.

Depending on the damage and timeframe, our team will work to provide a solution.

Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will unfortunately not be considered as faulty.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on our system we are unable to cancel this.

But please don't worry, you're welcome to return any unwanted items to us using our normal returns procedure.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on our system, we’re sadly unable to amend your shipping address.

However, upon your order being dispatched from our HQ, you will be able to contact the courier to arrange delivery to an alternative address e.g. a neighbour.  

If you won’t be in at the time of your delivery, then please don’t worry!

You will be able to contact the courier directly to re-arrange this or to organise for your parcel to be delivered to an alternative address.

PAYMENTS

We offer all debit / credit cards. You can also use Shoppay, GooglePay & ApplePay to speed up your checkout experience.

Yes, Klarna is available at checkout where you can ‘Pay in 3’ making it accessible for you to split your payments over 90 days. Klarna is only available on orders up to a value of £1000.

We also offer Clearpay, which is available on orders up to the value of £1,250.

CONDITION

The condition of each item is stated on the product page. The conditions of our item range from ‘Good’ to ‘Unused’.

As we buy our stock from the general public, we cannot guarantee that items will always come with all their original packaging.

The packaging an item comes with is stated on the item descriptions, or alternatively you're welcome to contact our customer care team who will be able to confirm this for you!
