Unused - The item has never been used.
Pristine - The item has been used once or is new with defects, and may include a minor sign of wear.
Excellent - The item has had minimal use and may show a couple of minor signs of wear.
Very Good - The item has had moderate use and may include a few noticeable signs of wear.
Good - The item has had extensive use and has several visible signs of wear.
We offer UK & INTERNATIONAL shipping. UK shipping is next day if you order before 3pm Monday-Thursday. If you order after 3pm on Friday your item will be dispatched on Monday & arrive on Tuesday. However, you can choose Saturday delivery if you order before 3pm on Friday at checkout.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Taxes & Duties:
As the customer, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery of your item. LUXE COLLECTIVE does not have any foresight in regards to the potential fees. All items will be declared at full purchase price when shipped outside of the United Kingdom.
Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from you receiving it.

Returning an item is at the customers cost. All liability is with the customer until the parcel arrives at the HQ.
Please ensure all parcels are packaged securely before posting your items to us.
To help us process your refund as efficiently as possible, please fill out the returns form attached to your invoice which is sent via email.
Any refund for returned items will be subject to our returns policy, click here to view.
Processing your refund:
Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our returns criteria, we will process your refund right away.
Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on payment method used and who you bank with.
