Return Eligibility:
Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from you receiving your item.
- Returned products must be in the same condition as sent out, unworn and with all tags still attached & in the original packaging.
- For hygiene purposes, no refunds will be given for products that have perfume, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke present.
- Any objects found within the returned item or inside of pockets will be seen as evidence of use.
Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us.
We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed for service to ensure they arrive with us & prevent being lost by the chosen postal service. Royal Mail or DHL is preferred.
Please note: Only professional couriers are eligible to handle any returns goods back to our HQ. As a business we do not allow general public deliveries for returned goods.
Any item that doesn’t meet the criteria set out in the return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender.
What items are not eligible for a return?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
The item I received is damaged!
If you believe you have received a faulty / damaged item, then please contact our customer care team via customercareuk@fashionphile.com
When you get in touch with us, please kindly provide your order number and a photograph of your item. Depending on the damage and timeframe, our team will work to provide a solution.
Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will unfortunately not be considered as faulty.
Can the items be exchanged?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges for any orders that have been placed on our platforms.
However, you're welcome to return these to us for a refund (permitting that you meet our returns criteria).
What are the refund options?
All returns will be refunded back to the original payment method.
How do I ship back the items?
Please ship your products in a safe and secure box. Preferably the same shipping box we use to send out your product or one you are able to obtain that is similar. This is to ensure the item gets back to us in the same condition and doesn't get affected whilst in transit.
Processing your refund:
Once we have received your returned item, your return will be processed within 5 working days. If all the returns criteria are met, funds can take up to 7 working days to appear back in your account.

If you have any issues with your item or problems returning the item back to us within the required time frame, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Decisions on processing refunds outside of the 14-day return period will be at our discretion.
