How to return an item to us FOR FREE:
We are pleased to offer complimentary returns & exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please email returns.luxecollective@gmail.com with your order number.
We will email you with a UPS link which will provide you with a FREE postage label to print out and stick onto your parcel. You will then need to take your parcel to your local UPS drop off point.
You can also choose a paperless service where a barcode is provided that can be scanned at your local UPS drop off point - they will print the label for you.
Please ensure all parcels are packaged securely before posting your items to us.
This free send in service will be valid for 7 days from the day you receive the email. After this time the label will become void and will not be usable.
To help us process your refund as efficiently as possible, please fill out the returns form inside your parcel.
Any refund for returned items will be subject to our returns policy, click here to view.
Processing your refund:
Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our returns criteria, we will process your refund right away.
Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on payment method used and who you bank with.

If you have any issues with your item or problems in getting the item back to us within the required time frame, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Decisions on processing refunds outside of the 14 day return period will be at our discretion.

We offer UK & International shipping. UK shipping is next day if you order before 3pm Monday-Thursday. If you order after 3pm on Friday your item will be dispatched on Monday & arrive on Tuesday. However, you can choose Saturday delivery if you order before 3pm on Friday at checkout.
Next Working Day (order before 3pm Mon-Thurs) - £10.00
Saturday Delivery (order before 3pm Friday) - £20.00
We send all of our parcels using DPD who provide an hour window for delivery, so please ensure that you leave your mobile number at checkout to receive updates on your parcel.
