Returns Policy


Our returns policy entitles you to return an item to us for an exchange or a credit note within a 7 day period of receiving your item(s). This time frame begins the day that your item(s) are delivered.

 We do NOT offer refunds – the only case where a refund would be permitted is in the occurrence of an item being faulty or not as described. We will NOT offer a refund for a wrong size being purchased.

*All relevant information will be available in the description of each product PLEASE READ all information before you make a purchase.

Any item(s) that has been returned MUST be unworn with tags still attached and in the same condition as they were sent out to you. Items that show further signs of wear, include damage, marks, faults, rips, tears or stains will be rejected & returned at the customers cost.

Returning an item will be at the customers cost, we recommend any insured & tracked delivery service. The customer is responsible for the item being returned until we receive the item(s) back in store.
