We offer UK & INTERNATIONAL shipping. UK shipping is next day if you order before 3pm Monday-Thursday. If you order after 3pm on Friday your item will be dispatched on Monday & arrive on Tuesday. However, you can choose Saturday delivery if you order before 3pm on Friday at checkout.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Returning an item is at the customers cost. All liability is with the customer until the parcel arrives at the HQ.
Please ensure all parcels are packaged securely before posting your items to us.
To help us process your refund as efficiently as possible, please fill out the returns form attached to your invoice which is sent via email.

Processing your refund:
Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our returns criteria, we will process your refund right away.
Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on payment method used and who you bank with.
