Create a Return

 

 

Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from you receiving it.

Returning an item is at the customers cost. All liability is with the customer until the parcel arrives at the HQ.

 

Please ensure all parcels are packaged securely before posting your items to us.

To help us process your refund as efficiently as possible, please fill out the returns form attached to your invoice which is sent via email.

 

Any refund for returned items will be subject to our returns policy, click here to view. 

 

Processing your refund:

 

Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our returns criteria, we will process your refund right away.

Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on payment method used and who you bank with.

If you have any issues with your item or problems in getting the item back to us within the required time frame, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Decisions on processing refunds outside of the 14 day return period will be at our discretion.
